Any product that you request to purchase from this website (Herbashopline), as shown in your online order, will be sold, if your order is accepted, by Herbalife through the Herbalife Sales Representative whose details are provided in the order summary ("Your Herbalife Representative"). Your Herbalife Representative is an independent contractor and is not an employee or agent of Herbalife.
Your purchase contract for the requested products is not complete until those products have been shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email from your Herbalife Representative. Once an order is placed, Herbalife will fulfill your order from one of our warehouses on behalf of your Herbalife Representative. We will aim to deliver your order within the specified delivery times, which are within 30 days of ordering.
We will inform you as soon as possible if we cannot accept your order. This may be due to the product, in few exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, being out of stock after your order has been placed, due to depletion of our stocks that we could not reasonably foresee, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet the specified delivery date.
If payment has been made prior to order acceptance, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
As a retail customer, you have no right to participate in our business scheme; you are not a Herbalife Representative; our products are supplied to you for personal use and consumption and not for resale to third parties, and you cannot market or resell the products you have purchased; you cannot offer our business opportunity or seek to sponsor others; and you cannot earn any commission or bonus based on our compensation plan. Herbalife products cannot be offered, shipped, or sold in any country outside those previously authorized by Herbalife.

Your Herbalife Representative is responsible for supplying goods that comply with consumer rights. If you have any concerns that your Herbalife Representative has not fulfilled their legal obligations, please contact us using the contacts provided in the order summary.
Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product bearing the Herbalife name and certifies that the products meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased, Herbalife offers a valid guarantee. Simply request a full refund of the purchase price or a credit note for the purchase of another Herbalife product or products from your Herbalife Representative within 30 days of receiving the product, return the unused portion of the product or the original labels or empty containers, along with a copy of the Order Proposal Form - Receipt, to your Herbalife Representative. This does not affect your legal rights, including the right of withdrawal, as described below, and the two-year legal warranty provided by law. The 2-year warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product and covers any non-conformity of the same. If you notify your Herbalife Representative of the non-conformity of the product within 2 (two) months of discovery, your Herbalife Representative, at your request, unless the requested remedy is impossible or disproportionate, will replace the product. Furthermore, in specific circumstances, you are allowed to choose discretionally between an adequate price reduction or contract termination.

You may withdraw from your contract at any time. Your rights upon withdrawal of the contract will depend on the product you purchased, its conformity, the performance status of the contract, and the time at which you decide to exercise the withdrawal.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you communicate that you wish to cancel your order to the Herbalife Representative within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires possession of the products, your Herbalife Representative will provide you with a refund of all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different from the standard delivery type offered by us), provided that you return the products to your Herbalife Representative at the address indicated in your order confirmation within 14 days of the cancellation request.
You may use the withdrawal notice provided below, if you wish, or you may give notice to the Herbalife Representative in another way (e.g., letter, email, or telephone), provided that you provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
If you reject the products for any reason other than damage to them or a defect in them, you must pay the direct cost of returning the products. If, instead, you reject the products because they are damaged or defective, your Herbalife Representative will cover the return costs (excluding any additional delivery costs if you choose a delivery method other than the standard delivery type offered by us) or arrange for the products to be collected by them.
Your Herbalife Representative will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you return the products to them. You will be reimbursed using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any costs for such reimbursement. Your Herbalife Representative may withhold the refund until they have received the products or provided proof of having sent the products.
If the products are returned by you for any reason other than damage or defect in the products and have suffered a reduction in value due to their use beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you will be charged for this reduction, which will be deducted from the refund.
